Europe's got talent. But talent needs to be nurtured, especially as the EU is going through important demographic transition. On a continuous basis, education, VET, upskilling and re-skilling programmes are launched to boost mechanisms for improvement aimed at retaining and attracting the people, the skills and the competences needed to address the competitiveness of European industry.The ALLVIEW project, as a Centre of Vocational Excellence, is a unique transnational cooperation platform bringing together sectoral stakeholders in the field of Wood and Furniture. A joint innovative approach to modernizing vocational education andlearning methods.The consortium is composed of associations and federations representing the Wood and Furniture industry in Europe, vocational training providers, high schools, research and innovation centres and other experts. Wide expertise and competences have been merged into the widest ever imagined sectoral community.
